  • Personal data means data relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a generally usable identifier, another identifier, such as a name, surname, identification number, location data, or an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

• Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

  • The controller processes personal data that you have provided to them or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.

  • The controller processes your identification and contact data, as well as the data necessary for the performance of the contract.

• Lawful Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

  • The lawful basis for processing personal data is:

    • Performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,

    • The legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial offers and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,

    • Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

  • The purpose of processing personal data is:

    • Processing your order and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data required for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact) are requested. The provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the controller to perform it.

    • Sending commercial offers and performing other marketing activities.

  • The controller does not perform automatic individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.

• Data Retention Period

  • The controller retains personal data:

    • For the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).

    • Until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, for a maximum of 15 years, if the personal data are processed on the basis of consent.

  • After the retention period for personal data expires, the controller deletes the personal data.

• Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller)

  • The recipients of personal data are persons:

    • Participating in the delivery of goods / services / execution of payments based on the contract.

    • Providing e-shop operation services and other services in connection with the operation of the e-shop.

    • Providing marketing services.

  • The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or to an international organization.e.m.
